For companies, or individuals who are in the position to do so, sponsoring a teacher is a very impactful and sensible option.  Knowing that one teacher impacts a whole group of learners each year, is very rewarding for a sponsor.  The Pay Roll expenses of any NPO is a constant challenge and at Viva, we aim to employ excellent, qualified educators, which in turn, requires market-related salaries. 

Viva employs 24 teachers and 14 school support staff including cleaners and cooks.  A donation toward the salary of a faculty member or school staff, or a full sponsorship of a teacher, makes a very big impact in the lives of the children of our schools.
