How the service is provided
- Through referrals, the Viva team visits families and older persons in need of assistance, ascertains the level of need and signs up the family.
- As often as resources allow, a representative from each family signed up, receives a call from us and is invited to the centre on a specific day.
- Food parcels, clothing, household goods and any other items available, are donated to the families and an attendance record and description of the assistance is kept.
